Every single one of us has a pandemic body as we are all currently living through a pandemic.
Lately, I've had several of my patients talk negatively to me about their pandemic body or pandemic life. They have expressed the desire to change and together, we have come up with a game plan to do so.
But first, before moving on to a new version of ourselves, let's take some time to honour how our body has served us thus far.
Here is a journal exercise. For me, I find writing in a journal is a form of meditation.
You are going to write a letter to your pandemic body as follows "Dear Pandemic Body..."
