This week's guest blog comes from Kevin Stanke, owner of Critter Jungle.
Today's pets, and their owners, are dealing with many health challenges, which can often be frustrating to resolve. During the course of finding these solutions one must consider diet and appropriate nutraceutical and homeopathic support, adequate and appropriate exercise, sleep, stress management, and a balanced approach to veterinary care. Pretty much what we have to do for our own health, minus the veterinary visit. Underlying all of these critical areas is an energetic imbalance. Negative energy will affect our pets just as much as it will affect us. We all know how a negative person or issue can affect us deep inside, in turn creating an imbalance in our body over time. Dog trainers tell me how our mood, in turn our energy, impacts the dog at the end of the leash. If we are tense, our dogs will be on the leash as well. I recognized the effect of my energy on one of our cats years ago. We had a wonderful Siamese cat who was very intuitive and very much connected to me. For the most part she was my cat. When I was stressed and my digestive system was upset, hers would be as well. She also knew when my wife was truly in labour (not something I shared with the doctors). The point is that animals pick up on our energy when we bring ourselves back into a balance state or a state of homeostasis, others around us heal as a result. We are all connected. - Kelvin Stanke, Owner of Critter Jungle, Hampton Park Plaza www.critterjungle.com ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Looking to make a treat for your furry friend?
